Rogers is a director in charge of Financial Services and public sector engagements. He has leveraged 14 years of comprehensive experience in audit, finance and accounting to drive strategic financial management and enhance operational efficiency. His experience includes significant roles with global audit firms such as Ernst & Young (EY) and Grant Thornton.

He has worked on engagements in a number of countries including Canada, Bermuda, Mauritius and East and Central Africa. He has significant experience in Financial Services including Banking and Insurance. He has previously worked as a Financial Controller at Diamond Trust Bank, a leading bank in the East African region. He has also worked on insurance engagements in Bermuda.
